Welcome to our God Zone ministry
GODZONE MONDAY EVENINGS 6-7pm for PRIMARY AGED CHILDREN (Reception-Year 6)
This is an exciting, dynamic club; this is how an adult would describe it.
We think the description of a six year old boy gave the best description of our club, “when we come to Godzone we are very busy!” Each session is fast paced and during each session children have the opportunity to participate in craft activities, play games and singing. The thing that makes Godzone unique is that each week the group sits down together and read a short passage from the Bible.
Our group is linked to Unity (formerly Neath Sunday School League) and we participate in activities organised by them, the children especially enjoy the Bible Challenge, where the children study specific passages of the Bible and sit either written or oral tests.
Recently, the numbers of children attending has grown there are now 14 children who attend regularly and we are looking forward to welcoming many more in the future. Godzone is run by five volunteers all of whom attend church and have been police checked.
