Pastor Ian continues this Connect Christmas series, reading from Luke 2:22-35.
We look at the first meeting of Simeon with Jesus. He was told that he would not see death until he meet the Lord. Not knowing when or what he would look like.
When Jesus even as a child entered that temple, Simeon’s spirit had a revelation of who he was.
He didn’t see the child that everybody else saw but he saw the one promised. He saw what he would become, the one sacrificed to save souls.
We pray that likewise, you will receive a revelation through the spirit to see Jesus.
