“He is Seated”
Hebrews 10:1-18
Jesus is seated at the right hand of the Father, but what does this mean why is it important today?
A priest making sacrifices would stand from morning till evening, after the last sacrifice of the day.
Jesus is seated because His once for all sacrifice does not need to be repeated.
For us today this means that:
1. The sacrifice is complete
2. We cannot earn God’s favour
3. A new heavenly body awaits us.
